I have never been so disrespected while paying my money for a service. I attempted to fly out of Nashville at 10:55am 9/15/11. When I arrived the agent told me that my flight times were changed and my traveling agency failed to relay that message so the next available flight would be at 3:00pm 9/15/11. Knowing that this was NOT FRONTIERS fault. I accepted the major financial inconvenience this misunderstanding caused. However when I returned back at 2:00pm to get on the 3:00pm flight the agent that was assigned to help me lacked professionalizm and empathy toward my situation.
