“Simply Awful”

I ordered a shirt and pair of shoes, the shoes were great and i kept but the shirt was totally the wrong size to the one i ordered and i tried to arrange a return.

Trying to arrange a return is far from simple as they state, i have contacted the courier number which always seems to go straight to answer phone, i have tried to sign in and arrange a return and whenever i try to submit the return the site crashes (on numerour occasions) which only leaves me the option of calling the customer services number at 10p a min which surprise surprise i seem to be waiting for ages and ages and on the only time i did get through i was cut off....

Avoid like the plague....
