“Please dont get caught like we were!!!”

We ordered a bunch of flowers and large box of chocolates from Flora Queen on the 13th September for delivery on the 19th September before 13:00.
These were for our parents Golden anniversary which they were celebrating at the embassy hotel in Cannes. This was a very special occasion for them and we thought flowers delivered to them on the day would be a nice gesture from their children.
We had made arrangements with the hotel to receive the flowers and place these in the room and we have to say the hotel staff have been brilliant.
However, the same can’t be said for Flora Queen! We were notified by the hotel at 2pm on the 19th that the flowers had not arrived. We then desperately tried to chase this up with Flora queen by email and trying to contact customer service and have had no response whatsoever. We still to this day have had no response. I would just like to thank flora queen for completely ruining our gift to our parents on their golden anniversary. We are now taking measure to reclaim the 88 Euros that they have stolen from us. I would urge anybody to NOT to use flora queen as they are a complete shambles.
