“Great website, decent customer service & delviery”

Was impressed with the house of fraser website (think they've redesigned it quite recently). Was very easy to find the jacket I was after, add it to the basket and pay online. The jacket turned up after 3 days (they said 3-5 days) with the standard, free delivery. Will defintley use house of fraser online again.
