“Overall Service Pleased”

I ordered an American fridge freezer on line on a Sunday ( after doing some research and checking width depth etc) and booked delivery for the following friday.I checked out a few companies and their delivery policy and noted that not all would deliver further than doorstep or take away old items. Although there was a slight extra charge-I picked my time slot for 4 days later and KnowHow the delivery company used by Dixons arrived bang on time. They surveyed the route in to my kitchen, worked out what was needed, unpacked the unit, took the doors off it, carried it in, re assemmbled it and set it up for me.It was slick and professional and they knew what they were doing.
I felt that the extra £50 was worh it-I didnt have two appliances standing on my drive for days waiting for the council and it arrived to suit me.

I was impressed- all done within 40 minutes
