Booking with European Destinations was a great way for booking my very first trip to Europe. I searched for weeks all different websites and kept coming back to them due to price and availability. Called on phone and booked my trip with Ruby C. She did a great job helping us make all arrangements from air to Eurostar train, hotels and arranging private transfers all with one phone call. Could have added insurance but did that with an independent company on the advise of another travel site. My only complaint was with our first transfer from Heathrow to our hotel. By the time we got through customs and all the waiting and walking, our driver had left. I was told I should have contacted the emergency number but had no chance to do that as I had no access to a phone until after customs. I thought that was very poor customer service when they must know how big Heathrow is and what it takes to come into the country. Another driver from the same company that was trying to help us told me that thats a lie that they only wait one hour. He said he had been there waiting for his customer longer than that and they the drive can wait. We got off to a bad start due to that and my 80 year old mother and I had to drag our luggage to the train and took the tube into London, what a mess. However, the drivers are contracted with Solar Tours so this wasn't really a European Destination problem. Nonetheless, very distressing.
