It worked well at first
call quality, cust. service won't refund balance
This card worked good for the first month. with the exception that I had to dial 3 or 4 times before connecting. The second month, the call quality was bad, the last two days I used this card, it was impossible to hear the person on the other side as it was very broken, like a cell phone in a bad area, only I was calling from a land line to a land line.
I called customer service and asked them to refund the unused balance, I spoke to a carrie on the phone. She told me that it is expensive for them to make refunds and that she would submit a report to the financial department to see if they would issue a refund or not.
