“Will not correct mistakes....”

Have ordered five pairs of pants from them and two had significant errors (in measurements, weight of material). Have found it impossible to get them to address these issues.
They basically make it a huge hassle for you, then, ultimately, even when you do everything they ask to document the errors (send pictures, etc.), they just refuse to do correct the mistakes.
In my 56 years, I've never had this experience with any other company.
Very disappointing, and that's the polite word.
