“Rubbish”

Had mine and hubbys eye tests there. Both were very brief and rushed. Glasses were both late and when they did arrive i couldnt see through them. The prescription was wrong but i was just told i would get used to them. I never did. Hubbys glasses were rubbish too. The prescription was ok, but the lenses were too thick for the frames and so the lenses kept falling out. They kept being sent off to be fixed only for,them to fall out again. After five or,six repairs they announced they would not repair them again as the lenses were too thick for the frames. I pointed out THEY had sold them so that really was their problem.

Eventually gave up and went to a proper opticians. Never got a refund though as apparantly it was our fault they sold us substandard glasses. That says it all really.
