“very horrible experience ever”

i am having car fully comprehensive insurance with co operative.i never seen or experience horrible and bad insurance than this one.i had non faulty accident which opposite party accept his fault straight away after accident happen and its nearly one and half month i have not get any courtsey car from them or i have not received any money yet so i am having so much problems because of i have choose co operative insurance which i am regreting a lot i strongly advice people to go for good name company insurance than this one which customer service are worst you have to be behind the phone for one hour waiting which is 0845 no charge u a lot and you dont have that much time to call them every day and they dont have that much courtsey to call you back please please dont go for co operative insurance even its cheaper for you because its not worth it.
