The first purchase on this site was sunglasses and bracelet , I`ve got only bracelet. When I asked them about sunglasses they sad to me that There was a technical glitch in the system and the item was placed in the auction and the item was out of stock at the moment, After this letter I`ve got another massage, that the item was shipped, after month later I`ve got the different color sunglasses at all.
When I made my last order I`ve immediately cancelled it because there was some mistake, The consultant sad to me that it takes up to 48-72 hours, but they charged my money and I`m still waiting in vain for the refund after 13 days later . Every time when I`m asking them about the refund their answer is that it will takes “ up to 48-72” . What can I do now??
