“Charged ufairly”

Dont use k and co.
Ive been a loyal customer for about a year, and i pay my statments every month without fail, my statment was due on 28 (which was a sunday) and the day after was a bank holiday. i have now been charged £12 for late payment fee because even though i paid on the friday it didnt go through till the 30th - (day after bank holiday). i tried to explain that i did pay early but due to the bank holiday it didnt go though on time. they just chined me off, and said i had to pay it regardless, but i did!
This is unloyal in my book. im going to pay my account off ad close it.
People make mistakes, and this was the first mistake ive made being with them a year and they just didnt care.
So i recomend dont go there.
