I am extremely unhappy as the order which i placed on 6th of Sept for delivery on 10th Sept and for which i paid a delivery charge has only just arrived as of 6.55pm on the 10th. As it was a Birthday gift it was a huge disappointment turning up in the evening when the day had finished. The order tracker said that the flowers were loaded on the van at 08.50am in Swindon i wonder where they have been all day? Also all the petals of the roses are black around the edges and do not look like they will last very long. Very poor value for £39.99
I emailed Moonpig right away as of 3 days later had no reply and have resent the email. I have asked for a refund but still await their reply.
