Hi, I bought my Dolce Gusto on Sept 1 and it worked great until yesterday Sept 11 when it would not give any water and the locking lever would not unlock. I called the company and was told to return it or take it to their local repair shop. I asked to speak to their repair technician and asked if this was a known problem and was told it was and that I needed to take it to the repair shop and get it fixed. I really like it and the coffee - I only use the Americano and the Luongo although I have tried the Cappucino and it was good. If the new one works okay I will be very pleased with it and will recommend it but if this has the same problem then I will return it and look for another brand.
