“Marksman .177 review”

Hi,

I'm been using these pellets since 1973, this was whilst living in S.Africa. In those years, you could only get the locally made or alternatively Marksman in the red box.

I always used Marksman and so did everyone else, it's only recently that I have rekindled my interest in airguns(I'm living in the U.K. now) and I have 4 airguns (all springers) and I have a Chrono so I can see what's going on.

There are some people here that claim Marksman pellets are of an
inconstistant tolerance from pellet to pellet, this is true some fit tight and some fit loose, however I assure you this has very little to no effect on the performance of the pellet and in fact, I'm getting a steady 11.5ft.ib with Marksman and 10.3ft.ib with RWS superdome, sure RWS look nice fit well and shine but they perform badly.

Whilst I'm at it or so to speak, other good low cost pellets are BSA Storms and Wasp's.If you like Falcon pellets then halve your costs and try Wasp.
