So far I've only managed to make it a day or two thing. But starting from tommorow i`m going to try and do it till i reach my goal weight of nine stone, as i currently weigh 13 stone and i`m 5'9 i just want to get healthy. About time to! So i'd like to hear if anyones got any tips to keep me motivated to stick to it. Thanks :)
