“Top Class Customer Service - Excellent!!”

I have used Parcels4Delivery to send numerous packages, both privately (things I've sold on eBay) and through my business. I have always received first class customer service and would highly recommend them. P4D offer excellent rates, and ship using all the major carriers including DHL, Parcelforce and TNT - you can decide which or go for the budget service depending on what you are shipping and where. I have sent things within the UK and internationally and cannot rate the business highly enough.

On the very rare occassions when the courier doesn't deliver when you're expecting you can call directly into the P4D customer service department where you speak to an advisor who will deal with your enquiry and get straight back to you with a resolution - I experienced this in the heavy snowfall in December 2010 when sending a parcel to Newcastle - the courier wasn't able to get through the snow to deliver it, but a member of the P4D team kept me updated each day until the courier was able to get out and deliver - this meant I could manage my customers expectations... in contrast I was also waiting for a delivery from a supplier that couldnt get here, my supplier had booked direct with a courier and was unable to get through to anyone in their customer service department so couldnt give me any idea when the parcel would arrive.

I am absolutely gobsmacked to read some of these reviews on here - it in no way relates to the P4D that I have used on in excess of 100 times - If you haven't used P4D and are wondering whether to try them I would really urge you too give them a go - I am sure you will not be disappointed!
