“Molly Maid”

I Chose to take on Molly Maid as I am a very busy professional and needed to know that I was dealing with similar professionals that would not let me down.

On one cleaning day they were running late but they did ring me to blame the traffic and so I was able to juggle my day to accommodate. Today they did not turn up so I rang the head office at Leicester. No one was available to answer the phone but a lady did ring me back half an hour later. I voiced my complaint that I should have been contacted instead of just being left wondering what was happening when I had things to attend to ie. WORK ! etc.
I was given no explanation as to why I had not been contacted but the lady did ask me "Well what am I supposed to do about it now"? !!! Attending a course in PR might have been an appropriate answer.

If you want a professional company that appreciate the reason why you want a cleaner and don't let you down. DO NOT CHOOSE MOLLY MAID
