“They are just a waste of money”

I had a terrible experience with them as well. I bought a deal on groupon however after couple of months All White contacted me saying they are closing the branch in Fulham and I can have my treatments in another site. I didn't want to as it was too far for me so I asked for my money back. They were very unprofessional, and I believe there is only 1 person emailing me from different accounts, what is very suspicious. Anyway, I emailed groupon and they offered the refund. I then emailed All whites again saying that I got my money back and how incompetent they are and that's what I received from them

Do you want to give us £50k so we can open Fulham back up to keep people like you happy?

No didnt think so.

Advice - Avoid them if you can
