The quality of products i have received from Dixons in the past has always been fine but i recently tried their online service for delivery. Don't bother! They use the courier company Yodel (look at their reviews on here, they speak volumes) and they offer a specified day delivery service from £5. I needed my camera for a holiday so paid this hoping to get it in 2 days. It did not arrive. The driver took it out in his lorry, but seemingly couldn't be bothered to do his job and he took it back to the depot. When I rang customer service said that i had 2 options either wait another 4 days or go and get it myself. I will not be ordering from dixons again until they change their choice of courier. I have also emailed asking for a refund of my delivery charge, but no response yet.
