I spent a long time on the phone to get a quote for premier home insurance and they kept coming back with more and more questions. In the end they put a stipulation that there must be a monitored alarm on the property. Had they done this up front then I could have saved the time and effort of calling them as our alarm system is not monitored. They should make customers aware of this upfront so we can then move on to their competitors.
