I ordered some cards to send out for my father in laws funeral and we needed them reasonably quickly. I had the misfortune to use Vistaprint. The advertised price for the cards more than doubled by the time we got to the last page even though we had not opted for any of the extras. Having spent 30 minutes designing the cards we went ahead with the order. I complained to the company about their pricing policy and then the fun started. They could not grasp the basics of the complaint and I have ended up making two further complaints against their customer services. They have lost all my details (allegedly )twice and can hardly string words together to make a sensible sentence. I will never use them again.
