Worst experience ever with a letting agency.
I've applied on-line to view a property and I started receiving calls and e-mails 2-3 times a day for a month by people from the agency.
When I thought they finally found a property I liked we agreed on the viewing and the agent didn't show up at all!!
I called the local branch and one of the colleagues, very rudely, didn't even apologize for that but all he could told me was to wait there that someone would show up sooner or later. Of course, none did and I left after an hour.
Absolutely terrible customer service.
