Having had 3 electric trolleys, though none of them being a well known name, and being disappointed in all three, I decided that the next buy would be a well known trolley. I was thinking of either the motocaddy, powakaddy or hillbilly but decided to read some reviews first. I found all tree had poor reviews but in looking came across the Go Kart which I had never heard of. The reviews however were excellent yet deep down still wanted the motocaddy. A couple of weeks later I was playing golf with friends and noticed one of the guys had the go kart. He was over the moon with it and also mentioned how happy he had been with customer service. I went back on their website and was really impressed with the product. I ordered one last tuesday but asked if they do a next day delivery. Sorry they said it's one to three days delivery. I think they knew How much I wanted it delivering the next day and said ok we'll do it. I asked how much extra it would be for a 36 hole battery. How often do you play 36 holes they asked,rarely I replied, then you don't need one they said. To me,most company's would try to sell you something you don't need so that impressed me no end. I received a confirmation email immediately. The following day I was certain I would be let down and not get the delivery, lets face it, this is britain but I received a text saying your delivery will be with you between 12.30 and 1.30. It was. Fantastic! The trolley is brilliant and very simple to unfold. I am over the moon with the product and the company. For once a british company that produces a quality product and doesn't rip you off.
