AQUA SPLASH HEMEL HEMPSTEAD We read some of the reviews and thought we would decide for ourselves but unfortunatly the reviews were right. Got to aqua splash in plenty of time and joined the queue, it is meant to open at 10 at 10.10 we were still waiting we went to ask what the hold up was and happy receptionist! said she was waiting for the manager to give the go ahead to open finally at 10.15 they opened. We then went through to the pool area it was filthy the floor was dirty there was old food on the pool floor im not sure wether it had been cleaned from the day before. Then went through to the changing room NO improvement the floor was covered in bits its a good idea to wear flip flops. Its such a shame as my kids had a good time in the pool. The pool itself is clean but when its busy you will wait for ages for the rides . We sat in the setting area while the kids swam my advise is get there early if you want to sit as most people in the pool put there towels on the chairs thats stops spectators sitting down. Would i rush back proberly not.
