the 'teaching' consists of a patronising man asking you questions in front of everyone. the technique is meant to embarrass you into learning. I wonder if he has a teaching qualification? I think not. Should be called repetition.

The man i had my lessons with was wonderful - a shame he is working for 5day. was taught brilliantly.

they booked my test when i was at work - i cannot take time off due to being a teacher - cancelled it rebooked me one on a bank holiday when there was not one train to norwich even 2 days before to go up earlier. they canclled my whole test booking without telling me, rang up i was laughed at and told i should have walked to norwich from london (okay...yh sure) or i shud have drove....ok...yh sure, told i was \"blimming ridiculous\" and they will not be booking any practical tests for me in the future.

Need etiquette and training on how to deal with their customers. Would have gladly adhered to the cancellation but nothing was made clear and the manner in which I was spoken to was disgusting.
