“Great friendly service and speedy delivery!”

I ordered a laptop from them before reading the reviews on here and thought I had made a bad decision. The day after I cancelled my order and gave them an excuse. I then decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and (un)cancelled my order. I am glad I did too. I ordered it the early hours of a Sunday morning and after changing my mind twice, it still arrived 2 days later. The customer service staff were friendly and helpful too. So, fast delivery, helpful staff and arrived in perfect condition, no problems. The prices are very competitive too. I would say the only slightly negative I could give would be that they didn't bundle the recovery / restore DVDs in with it, so I had to pay £15 on top for those.

I can't understand why so many people on here had negative experiences, I certainly didn't. Maybe people are more inclined to write and complain when they are angry than those who are happy with the service,

From my experience I would definitely recommend them!
