Bought my meteor sim at Dublin Airport 2 months ago as I'm moving to Ireland with work and have regretted it since.
I cannot register Sim as the online site "is experiencing technical problems" and has been for 2 months.
I cannot speak to anyone as the international number they provide tells you (after waiting 5 minutes), they've changed number. When you dial the other number it comes up as invalid - regardless of dialling code etc.
Therefore only form of communication is email. Have emailed 3 times to no response.
Now in the position where I have paid for a service and have received NOTHING. Thus my dealings with Meteor are akin to robbery. Not to mention the charges I have racked up calling international numbers and time I have spent.
Wish I had read reviews before being duped into buying by a salesperson at Dublin Airport :-(
