“Could do better!”

When I tried my cabin bag in the sizer at security it fitted perfectly. Miraculously although I added nothing to my bag when I tried it at the (smaller?) sizer at the departure gate it would not fit! I was told by the surly attendant to re-pack and try again or I would have to pay £40 to put my cabin bag in the hold. It seems that Mr. o'Leary has found another way to extract money from passengers (different sized sizers - very cunning!). Luckily my bag fit after a little re-arrangement. The plane itself was very messy. The floor at my seat was covered with crisps - obviously there is very little cleaning between flights. Ryan Air have a bit of a monopoly on the low cost flights business which is a shame as their staff seem to revel in a lack of customer service!
