I WAS WITH TESCO FOR TWO YEARS.WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR MY RENEWAL,I WAS SENT A QUOTE TO CALL AND RENEW @ £644 ANNUAL.WHEN I CALL CUSTMER SERVICE TO RENEW ,THE CUSTOMER ADVISOR SEEMS NOT TO KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.AFTER ABOUT 15 MINUTES UNNECESSARY QUESTION.SHE SAID,I THING YOUR POST CODE IS PARTIAL.I ASKED MEANING?-,SHE COULD NOT OFFER ANY SENSIBLE EXPLANATION.SHE PASSED ME ON TO HER SUPERVISOR WHO SAID IT SEEMS THEY HAVE MADE A MISTAKEAND THAT THE QUOTE SHOULD BE £1700.I ASKED HOW CAN I PAY £690 A YEAR BEFORE,MADE NO CLAIM A,YOU SENT ME A RENEWAL OF £644 AND YOU TELLING ME ITS A MISTAKE.THAT FOOL COULD NOT EXPLAIN AND SAID THERE WERE GOING TO INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME.IHAD JUST 12 DAYS FOR MY INSURANCE.THEY SENT ME LETTER TELLING ME THEY ARE INVESTIGATING AND GAVE A NAME TO SPEAK TO IF I HAVE ANY CONCERNS.I CALLED SIX TIMES TO TALK TO THIS PERSON AND I WAS TOLD HE IS BUSY AND WOULD NOT TELL ME WHEN I CAN SPEAK TO HIM. I WAS FORCED TO TAKE ANOTHER INSURANCE AND LUCKY FOR ME THAT WAS £620.2DAYS AFTER MY INSURANCE HAS EXPIRED,THEY WROTE TO ME AN APOLOGY LETTER,GOTTING TO KNOW THAT I HAD TAKING ON A NEW INSURANCE CHEAPER EVEN THAN THEIR FIRST QUOTE OF £644 AND THAT I HAD REPORTED THEM TO FSA.I WILL ADVISE ANYBODY PLANNING TO TAKE TESCO TO DESIST BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET.THEY ARE CROOKS.
