“Outstanding customer service”

I ordered 2 x specialized armadillo elite tyres and inadvertently only ordered 1 innertube. When the order arrived it contained 2 innertubes. When I phoned them to thank them, they refused to accept any payment for the second innertube ! How about that for customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again.
