EWR-CDG-BEG, return BEG-CDG-JFK. OK, bad experiences with lost suitcases! First outward flight was delayed one hour and 30 minutes. On the way back home, first flight was delayed so we miss second flight, we are successfully transferred to the next flight... Missing one suitcase! We got a phone number to call to check the status of suitcase. The first call next day, hold for 12 minutes. They say, tomorrow, but I have to call tomorrow and check. The other day, a high volume of call, call later! Later-hold for 35 minutes, suitcase arrives tomorrow, but call tomorrow to check suitcases status! The third day, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, a suitcase arrived at the company for delivery, during the day they will deliver suitcase. Finally, late in the afternoon delivery company occurs, for 3 to 4 hours I will arrive with a suitcase. OK, here is the case. Locked with a special wrench AirFrance. Personal belongings are missing. Very disappointed and angry.
