I've been stuck with o2 for 4 years after being coaxed into contracts with them, you'd think after putting up with them for so long they'd try to give you a good deal on an upgrade or atleast try to retain your custom.
With o2 that's not what happens, first of all I get told by an advisor the deal I was offered with Orange is better than what they'd offer me so I should go with them and when I said I'd been a customer for years they blew me off and said Orange was cheaper so they wouldn't even look into it. They're customer service is AWFUL at best and their tarriff rates are extortionate. I had blackberry on orange 300 mins, unlimited texts and 500mb of internet for £25 a month, the same with o2 would have cost me in excess of £30. They're incredibly unhelpful and expensive. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
