I ordered my Sun Mountain H2N0 stand bag on the 1/8/11 expecting it to be delivered on the 4/8/11 as per the instructions on their email. Today is the 18/8/11 and I have still not received my bag. I have sent many emails to their customer services who have just given a pack of lies about the shipping dates. Only when I chased them did they tell me that they 'apologise for the delay' and give me another incorrect shipping date. I have sent more emails requesting a refund but no reply now. Also, the website states this item is in stock which is a complete lie too. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT USE 118 GOLF!!!
