Bought 2 samsonite bags on-line. Zip line went out of half of the stitches. it happen during my vacation time on the way back, so no way to use bag again :( i fix them with stepler from hotel reception to be able to bring home my stuff! Do i have to know send it back to get it fix by 10 years garanty? it will cost me more to send them, than to buy a new one. So dissapointed of Samsonite goods. I bought it with hope of quality, as im travelling a lot and need good quality bags. No more samsonite!
