Where to start!! Salesman/surveyor called last evening,following appointment, was late then stayed nearly 2 hours, used an old, tired, well known and well past it sales patter of using us as a showhome, having an advertising board outside, signing up 10 houses in the area, a special on the day sign up price after a ridiculously high quote etc etc. All easy to handle by me being a gnarled retired Bobby but it would not have been so easy to resist had I have been an elderly confused person, I am sure. In the end, the salesman more or less had to be ushered out as we were wanting our dinner!! The price had tumbled after the phone call to 'the boss' by the way from over £4k to under £2k!! Be wary, be very wary of this company.
