I wanted to write a review from the disability point of view as I am physically disabled and my son has autism and ADHD.
Physical:- The hills were mighty steep and my husband struggled to get my wheelchair up some of the slopes. Most of Legoland is slopes so this was a bit of a problem. In fact it was so steep the tyre on my wheel came off and estates had to come to my rescue but that was no problem for them.
Learning disability:- My son had an exit pass so the queues were not a problem for us. Although you do not really cheat as mostly (for the best rides you still have to wait for the length of the queue time).
The staff couldn't do enough to help out. They were happy and chatty. Even the hot dog girl...
We ordered pack lunch but it is my honest opinion they are not much to be desired. We ordered 5 and got 4 they gave you Orange, yoghurt, crisps, sandwhich and a drink. The kids were supposed to have a badge and a lanyard but we never got a lanyard and the badges had no pins. The kids were disapointed because they couldn't yoghurts as we had no spoons and they could not eat the oranges because of the wasps (in next paragraph).
Wasps:- There are rumours that there are a lot of wasps. OK so there were some wasps but not the huge amount I had read about I had thought it was going to be worse. But if you were to eat and drink sticky things they would be around. I saw no no wasps nests to be honest.
All the rides were in operation the day we went although the park was very very busy. Just a shame we could not visit the whole park because of the slopes.
I would rate it as a good day out for most people.
