The Royal Mail unfortunaly let Aimee down as did their phone answering service and I visited the company direct as was beginning to have doubts that the company existed. However, all was well in the end with Aimee and Roy bending over backwards to help me and they made up the order again allowing me to collect personally (although they had offered to send it by Courier). The items are everything I hoped they'd be, very good quality, I'm really pleased.

They are looking into the problems with their answering service and were kind enough to give me alternative numbers to call.

Lovely people and I wish them well with their business. I have recommended them to a friend who is getting married next year.
