“No Sympathy!!!!!!”

I had as a birthday present bought for me and my son, a trip to German Grand Prix. My partner did not purchase insurance, as it may have come to the house in my name, to which I would have opened and spoilt the surprise. I unfortunetely had a serious stroke so therefore coul not go. While this holiday firm gave a refund, a large chunk was kept for admin charges. They were totally unsympathetic towards the situation.
