Outback Spectrum 3 Burner Hooded
This Barbque was easy to put together, and that's where the good points end.
The main problem is that the drip tray has holes in all 4 corners this allows the fat and juice to run out and onto the wooden base and onto the patio floor. This is a design fault of the tray, not just a defect of my tray. The flame burners are set back 4 inches from the front of the barbque so food does not cook on the first 4 inches, there are also cool spots between the burners, the back of the grills are red hot and this causes flare-ups even when the gas is on the lowest setting, on a weber bowl you can close the lid and the smoke will put out the flames - but there is so much ventilation closing the lid has no effect.. And last the warming rack can collaspe, ok when hood open but when you close it it will collapse dumping the food back on the grill. ( I had 8 burgers, 14 drumsticks and 16 sausages on it )
