my nan always books with this company on the phone we have never had any trouble with them accept from last year. we booked to stay in flamingo oasis in benidorm for 10 nights in august . so we all got up the morning we were due to go out to benidorm all excited as it was a nice hotel. well we got on the coach at the other end in alicante ; they even had our names down to go to the hotel we booked well we got there , and they told us we werent booked in. my nan said we are they said we had you down for 2 people but it got cancelled in may . we didnt cancel it we said. it was a sunday so the manager wasnt in. we all panicked thinking what we going to do, we were distraught. my nan and grandad had to pay alot of money to stay the night so we could try and sort it with the manager in the morning. so that morning came and he said hang on maybe your booked in another hotel with flamingo in the name and we was but no one told us that. we were ok in the end we enjoyed the rest of our holiday in another hotel and we were going to sort it out in england when we got back. my nan wrote a letter saying she wants the money back that they payed to stay a night and compensation and money because we payed for a 4 star hotel and we got put in a 2 star hotel. they only gave us the money back for the one night we stayed in flamingo oasis . we havent book with broadway travel again.
