“I hate Lastminute.com”

I have used Lastminute.com on only two occasions and both have been absolutely ridiculous. I recently booked three nights in a Hotel in Kennsington only to relise later (my mistake I was in such a hurry) their was a £60 booking fee charged and the Lastminute was actually charging me £20 per night MORE than the hotel itself. Very disapointed and angry.

Most recently I bought a 'top secret' hotel 5 star hotel deal. After booking and discovering what the hotel was did I notice that what Lastminute called a 'superior double' was actually the hotels 'STANDARD DOUBLE' and it gets worse... I could have booked the SAME room direct through the hotel for £4 cheaper AND it would have included breakfast.
