“Purchase of guinea pigs”

We decided to buy two guinea pigs for our daughters and did our homework. As the pair would be in the same cage, I found out boys live better together. We went to pets at home Gravesend, to be told by a very young member of staff that we should choose girls. Against my better judgement I did! After one week the guinea pigs were really fighting, so badly they were drawing blood. I decided to take them back to the store, and was expecting trouble! How surprised I was that the manager at gravesend was a lovely man who could not be more accommodating. With no hassle he immediately accepted back the two females and let us choose two boys. For our inconvenience he also gave us a bag containing bowls, feed, treats and more! I would certainly recommend this store and cannot rate highly enough. Excellent customer services and a manager that is a credit to a store.
