I have had to cancel my insurance with this company because the price for my son to learn with me in the car was more than £3000. I had therefore found a much cheaper quote which covers me and my son on a provisional and full insurance for half the price at £1600. However I was very dissapointed with the company when I discovered that they were to charge me £76 to cancel my insurance policy. The total amount for the year was £150 and I had already paid £96 to date. How can they warrant charging someone the equivalent to the rest of the year of insurance if they have cancelled 5 months early? This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that they may need to charge a small sum for the administration work to be completed, but I am not stupid and I know that this will take less than 5 minutes so effectively they are ripping your customers off. Customer Service is awful and nobody knows what they are talking about. Keep away.
