“Total lack of customer service”

Holidayed in Turkey this year with Thomas Cook and everything they were involved in was either a shambles, a rip off or involved lies to try and extract as much money from you as possible.
They tried to add as many charges as possible to our holiday before we even left England, often without consulting us. Lied to us at the hotel when selling us the most appalling excersions it has ever been our misfortune to be involved with. When we complained to the rep we were fobbed off with what we later found out to be lies. Delayed 25hours on return flight and were given no information what so ever during this time. Once back home, letters of complaint were either ignored or replied to with totally unsatisfactory excuses.
We would never use Thomas Cook again!!
Worst customer service we have ever received from a company who clearly couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.
