I've had nothing but poor service from Streamline.net (poor site speed and poor technical knowledge from their support people).
However, I recently found that all mails being sent from my site (I ran a forum and had a contact page as well) were not getting to their destination. Although admitting a mail server problem they blamed it on me for not sending mails to my OWN domain, which they insist must be done to prevent spam.
Let me recap that - you can only send mail to yourself.
They'd re-affirm this by pointing me to a FAQ that didn't actually state this. No matter what I said they didn't understand (including blaming it on my coding).
