I ordered my Rool Top Cambridge Bath in Feburay in the sales ready to for my new bathroom which we are working on ourselves. I ordered a shower and also my Roll top bath, we agreed for delivery June. I booked 1 day holiday as the delivery time was between 9.15am and 1.15 pm so i couldnt take a half day holiday but fine. The Bath arrived and we inspected it to find a big flaw in the bottom of the bath, so i contacted the bath store straight away and said they would replace it it following Tuesday as it is the only time they deliver in Wrexham and again it would be between 9.15am and 1.15 pm. This time i refused to take a day off so they said they would call me half hour before delivery. That day the new bath came and i showed them the flaw, they looked over the new bath with me and yet again a problem near the overflow pipe the bath had been hit with something hard and had left a dint, so i asked them to take away that bath also. Third time lucky i said but yet again 2 weeks later they came with a new bath as they didnt book it for 1 week later and same issue between the two holes for the tapes dints where yet again it has been hit very hard with something. I called them to tell them again and they said they would look into it, i have now had to contact them twice to get feed back thay say they will deliver in 2 weeks again as it is month end July / Aug and all lorries are full, but i told them i would be away first week of August so they said they would have to deliver 3 weeks later. I am typing this email before i have received the 4th Bath, so who knows if they will get it right this time. Overall i would not recomend the bath store to anyone for poor quality and customer service. Stay away go else where.
