WRITE A REVIEW

“Website disaster”

I obtained this card for my son when he went to Cyprus with is mates for a 'lads'holiday'. All went well to start with but my son found it crazy that he couldn't check his balance at an ATM; after all the whole point of it was to give him a set amount of cash and he had to budget for two weeks.
Te final straw though was today (24th Jul 20110 when the www.cashpassport.com website crashed and sppeared to have been hacked- totally different appearance and it said the domain name was up for sale! So, unable to check balance or add cash or even check to make sure the transaction history to make sure the cash hadn't been hacked. Emails went unanswered and the website has been down a least 18 hours so far- amaturish!
