booked flights for two adults two children, confirmation, bank approved... arrive at LHR to be told Opodo took so long to process Air France didnt issue tickets. No holiday, no explanation, Opodo on hold for an hour, Air France tried, Opodo offered to book all 4 passengers for 1600 pounds EACH.
Totally useless, flawed, incompetent, legalized abuse of finances, sanctioned theft, unscrupulous individuals whose progeny is questionable.
Use at your peril.
