“I've had a really bad experiance”

I've had a really bad experiance - will never use them again!!! I was told false infromation when I signed for my membership and when I queried this further down the line their response implied that I had got my facts wrong and they wouldn't do anything as I had signed the conract. Being unhappy with the customer service, I stopped using the gym and then cancelled my membership, but that privillage cost me £££.pp - unbelieveble!!! Other than that, the facilities are fine and the non-sales orientated staff are really friendly. My advice is; believe only what the contract says and don't listen to anything else when you sign up for membership!!!
